Current Federal Law states it is illegal to order or distribute any Motor Vehicle Report data for Employment purposes without a signed release from the Individual listed on the MVR request.

The signed release must be acquired prior to ordering the Motor Vehicle Report.

At the completion of this background check waiver, you will be prompted to download, print and sign the completed pdf document. All employment application forms should be submitted along with your resume to the office listed on the job description.
